I’m Joy Slattery, a senior advisor based in Ireland, supporting founder-led and scaling businesses across the Irish and UK markets. I have spent my career working where strategy, structure, and execution meet. Across global organisations and advisory environments, I have led complex portfolios, strengthened governance, improved executive visibility, and helped leadership teams bring more discipline and clarity to important work.

That experience matters because most businesses do not struggle for lack of ideas. They struggle when priorities compete, ownership is blurred, decisions are not landing cleanly, or growth starts to expose the limits of how the business has been operating. I tend to see those patterns quickly and help leaders focus on what will make the biggest difference.
